It not only was comfortable and reasonable but was actually an enjoyable afternoon. Even my 2 dogs were entertained by staff.

I own a 2015 Silverado with the 8" touch screen infotainment system. A few years ago it started acting up, not responding to touch, dead spots so I went to Bob Steele where I purchased the truck. Since it was out of warranty I bit the bullet and forked over the 1000.00 to replace it in 2023 and everything was fine for two years. The screen has been acting up for a he past year or so and once again needs replacement. This time I ordered the screen online for 59.00 and will replace it myself, it's not rocket science after all. Took the old unit out, about a half hour to remove and what do I find? A refurbished unit!! I spend a 1000.00 for a refurbished unit? They sure do have the right name, Steele because that's what they do...

Everything was quick and easy. Salesman was great and the overall experience was pretty good. No complaints
