I own a 2015 Silverado with the 8" touch screen infotainment system. A few years ago it started acting up, not responding to touch, dead spots so I went to Bob Steele where I purchased the truck.
Since it was out of warranty I bit the bullet and forked over the 1000.00 to replace it in 2023 and everything was fine for two years.
The screen has been acting up for a he past year or so and once again needs replacement. This time I ordered the screen online for 59.00 and will replace it myself, it's not rocket science after all.

They actually tried to hide a $4,000 Chevrolet promotion from me, attempting to pocket the discount and force me to pay that amount as a down payment just to fit my credit limit. I had visited Seminole Chevy first and test drove the same truck that li bought at Steele. The finance manger at Seminole tried jerking me around with four or five pages of mumbo jumbo. They wouldn't sell the truck for what they advertised it for. Kept upselling. Very frustrating for a very educated car buyer. I drove an hour to Steele and bought the same truck without all the silliness they were trying to pull at Seminole. Good experience at Steele. Horrible experience at Seminole.

Dealership was friendly and personable. We were told one APR and price range for the vehicle and then when we came in it was hundreds of dollars more at an astronomical interest rate. We ended up walking, but they were able to come and lower than originally promised, and a lower interest rate which prompted us to purchase the vehicle.
