For the most part my experience was quite pleasant, Thomas and Brayan were excellent, helpful and informative, and met my needs. I found a Lexus I wanted on Carmax. On 2/14/26, I paid a $99 delivery fee to have that car delivered from the Naples FL location to the Melbourne location. Carmax gave me a delivery window of 2/18-2/22. Meanwhile, I sold my Mercedes already to Carvana . I had an appointment with Carvana for them to come pick up the Mercedes, but had to reschedule twice because of the non shipment of the Lexus from Carmax. Received the car without any explanation about any of the features this car has to offer, like the lane alert and the allowed distance between cars, the radio and even the cruise control. Car wasn't as clean as promised. They seemed more concerned with selling the car than customer service. Will think twice about purchasing another vehicle from them ever again!
Very accommodating when I needed to pick up my title, the sales man drove me to my home to get it. And when I had to have the running boards put on the vehicle the sales man (Rodney) picked me up so I could get the new vehicle back quicker

I thought I was dealing with an honorable honest dealership. Unfortunately this isn't the case. Brayan Sanchez is your typical used car salesman and will absolutely lie to you as he did to me. I gave him two opportunities to be truthful and he failed on both occasions. I informed management of his deception and apparently they condone this behavior.
